Through meeting booking: name, company, role, professional contact details and the context you share. No sensitive data is requested.

Purposes

Preparing the meeting and following up. No resale, no advertising profiling.

Hosting and retention

Data is hosted in Europe on certified environments, kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived or deleted according to legal retention periods.

Subprocessors

The list of subprocessors and any transfers is kept up to date and available on request.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability can be exercised by simple written request. We reply within one month.
