General terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the supply of Ardos AI modules (automation, AI, compliance, steering) and the related integration services.

Subscription and term

Plans are subscribed monthly, with an initial commitment of one quarter. Modules can be added or removed at each quarterly renewal.

Pricing and invoicing

Prices exclude tax, per month and per organisation. Invoicing is monthly, in advance. Any change of scope takes effect at the next renewal.

Obligations of the parties

Rways Digital provides deployment, maintenance and support. The client guarantees the lawfulness of the data processed and appoints an internal point of contact.

Reversibility

At the end of the contract, a full data export is provided in a usable format, then the environments are deleted within the agreed period.

Governing law

The contract is governed by the law applicable at the publisher's registered office. The parties seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
